15mg L-methylfolate is making me very irritable and not sleeping is worse than before. :( My joints are less wobbly and pain is a little less.

I have known since 2008 that I have this mutation because it caused such difficulty in my sister's pregnancy. To know that this may be the new diagnostic tool for #HypermobileEhlersDanlosSyndrome gives me great hope.

Further, Dysautonomia International uncovered some glaring conflicts of interest (the docs were/are selling related supplements).

So, please take the multiple news articles saying "MTHFR causes hEDS and can be fixed" with a huge grain of salt (or 5000, especially if you have POTS), and slow your roll.

The devil is always in the details.
