The main bird species you can hear ia the chaffinch (I think), but there's also wood pigeon, crows and a rather persistent cuckoo in there. You'll need the sound on in order to appreciate this video.

The ruins of Mugdock Castle in Mugdock Country Park just outside Glasgow.
Built in the 14th Century, this was a curtain wall castle. This meant it consisted of a series of towers connected by high, crenellated walls.
This style of castle replaced the older motte-and-bailey design in Scotland in the 13th Century. The tower at its south-west corner is all that remains of the original castle.
