I had a slow start due to circumstances, but I'm eight reviews in, done two loads of washing and hung it out, done the pots, cleaned the kitchen, had several mugs of tea and had toast for breakfast.

Unfortunately, I am not a #multitasker. So I'm going to pass up on the other equally good opportunities. I am also not fond of #jobhopping. The interview process can be very exhausting (sometimes depressing). So when I join a company, I'm hoping that it's a good fit for the long run.

Instead of spending $300~ on a bread proofer, I put together a #multitasker rig that #AltonBrown might have done on #GoodEats - but I did get a very nice Brod & Taylor dough whisk for Xmas

Large food delivery bag
Medium sheet pan rack
Large seed mat with thermostat + temp control

First time trying it today as a proofer, already used the bag on Thanksgiving to carry hot food, it worked GREAT!

Making #sourdough bread today, starter is almost ready.
