The taller grass like stuff here is sorghum. Sorghum is justified and ancient #mumu. Heaps of uses. Flour from the tops, sugar/syrup from the stalks, popped seed like popcorn and its got a pretty banging antioxident profile too. Successfull test of 2 varieties in the greenhouse this summer means will scale up next planting. One is a white seeded popping variety and one is best for syrup.

The broad leaf below is tobacco because just try and tell me something wont grow in my microclimate.
