WS1 uses a (modified) version of Munki so it's a both problem. The client won't give us access to the logs or the instance.

I think I'm going to run up a Munki instance and have a look at it's logs so I can ask for exactly the right log file. The logs on the client Mac shed no light. It's also a sporadic problem.

I'm mainly having a complain rather than expecting major help.
