Bei mir wirds definitiv ein Fairphone, weil man darauf auch ein alternatives Android wie #LineageOS oder /e/ von #Murena mit langem Update-Support laufen lassen kann, und natürlich nicht zuletzt wegen der Reparierbarkeit.

I'm a /e/OS user & #murena client for more than 3 years.
One year ago I conviced my mother to do the same and we purchased a teracube mobile in murena shop.
She accidentally dropped the mobile phone in water more than 2 weeks ago.
I contacted your customer service more than a week ago and I still don't know how to proceed with the repair.
Please don't make me regret having convinced my mother to change.
