Just a thought as I am cleaning my #cats’ litter boxes. My #retailer charges $0.10 a plastic bag to carry non-perishable items. This is #America, so you can imagine the blowback to being charged for opportunities to pollute. These are the same people who will be more than happy to accept the charge of upsizing a “value” meal for $0.79. They will pay for one “convenience” but not the one that affects everyone.
