Pet peeve of mine: when discussing a criminal trial and someone says “innocent until proven guilty” as if the public can’t have an opinion. That only applies to the court, we can if we think someone is guilty of something. Also, just because someone is found not guilty also doesn’t mean they’re innocent of the crime! I decided to check out Twitter and someone used the aforementioned phrase about #OJSimpson - who of course commented on the #MurtaughTrial, because of course he did. Shitshow

Why is #MSNBC doing live reporting on this #MurtaughTrial? It's purely sensationalism. Isn't the attorney general testifying to Congress? Awful decision about what's newsworthy. Rich white guy who lies incessantly and murders his family - leave it to the National Enquirer. Bleh.
