I watched Dune again, just now, and I realized that at least one of the leitmotifs in the score is VERY similar to one of the leitmotifs in the Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides score.

I guess Hans Zimmer has a favorite chord progression.

Beneath the Waves

This was a bit of an experimental piece using an ensemble of piano, harp, vibraphone, and marimba. Another piece that I wrote during a 7 day VGM composition challenge. This was what I wrote on the first day of the water/ocean themed one.
