I arranged a hymn from the 1800s, "More Holiness Give Me", into a piano solo that sounds like like it could be played in a smoke-filled bar (or at least a Famous Dave's). In verse 3 I mashed it up with "Amazing Grace" cuz I could.

It's been awhile since I've written music mostly due to how ill I've been. But I do have a minor in music composition. The three projects I did for my degree are a bit unusual. The first two are based on physics (lemme tell you, I spent reams of paper on calculations before I started the actual writing music portion), and the last college project I based on a book I had to read for a different class. I've been having fun writing some Korrasami fanfiction mostly for practice and because when I feel really ill, writing fanfiction is a lot easier on the brain (it's all preestablished, so I can just enjoy the art of writing).
