Many Musicians argue why they should make their single releases "Tiktok-ready". In my case, that is Topazz, now Club of Tone and also many composer shares, 90 percent of the revenue now comes from Tiktok (so-called UGC = User Generated Content).

I think that you should think about this topic again if necessary.
A compromise could be to release your single with two versions of your track.
One version for UGC and a (usually) longer edit.

TIDAL seems to be currently rolling out their Artist Home. You'll be able to claim and edit your artist profile just like on Spotify. Unfortunately invite only at the moment. Access via artists.tidal.com
