Done with #classicalguitar class for this week. It feels really good to have weekly classes again but the problem is that I also need to start making my piano exam performance recording so, it's going to be intensely piano-focused the next two weeks so I can finally get working on the next grade (I only started formal piano learning in 2020 and I missed a year last year because of my injury).

Hello Masto, sorry about the deleted post earlier. Mostly because I wanted to put the good bits in #3GoodThings 💕

1. Today was the first time I drove to work WITHOUT my quadruped cane! Then I did the work stuff, then I went to renew my driving license and then after I renewed my driving license I took the escalator for the first time in over a year LIKE A BADASS and then I went to my favourite discount store for batteries (for my fairy lights). Like old times. So, mobility I have been pining for -- achieved! Not to say that the chronic pain is gone. But it's manageable and the foot drop situation is also manageable.

2. First day of work after a week away and the parcels of birthday self-giftings arrived. So I cooled down (from my temper thanks to work drama) after work by opening all of my birthday parcels a week later.

3. Piano class with my lovely piano teacher really cheered me up. I feel more ready for my exams now.

The fact that my room is directly below my daughter’s room can be really lovely when she’s just noodling around on her violin. It’s mostly concertos and the like, but sometimes she gets playful.
