If you've been trying to figure out WTF I've been talking about all this time; this is the documentation geared towards the folks who want to offer Convene as a shovel to give #MutualAid and #MutualBenefit #SolidarityEconomy organizations superpowers and nurture and delight their communities.

It differs from a `CONTRIBUTING` manual in being less about inward change and more about broader, systemic change.

What if #Fediverse services were mesh-hostable by default; where people could securely cache or host their data?

That's the dream for #Convene, a multi-person, multi-computer operating system for federated #Cooperative, #MutualBenefit, and #MutualAid applications for the solidarity economy!

Where the #Cloud is other people's computers, #NoCode is other people's code.

Because code is a liability, #NoCode is a prudent choice!

However, if #Cooperatives depend on a capitalist No-Code platform rather than a #Cooperative one, they run the risk that the capital backed platform will flip to an extractive mode of being instead of a supportive one.

#Convene by #ZincCoop provides a #NoCode platform for tech-enabled #SolidarityEconomy, #MutualAid, and #MutualBenefit organizations.
