@miss_shigatsu, Empathy is the soul of democracy. @georgelakoff would add the absence of #MutualResponsibility to the absence of #empathy to round out a secondary definition of #conservatism. The core definition of harmful conservatism is absolute obedience to an authoritarian and harsh punishment for disobedience.
