@Soblow Did you clean out the laptop and repasted it?

Cuz even decent Thermal Paste [and I'm not talking about the cheap bulk crap that the manufacturers use; #LinusTechTips tried that ages ago: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qaoTARN3sv4 ] will dry up after 5 years and really loose thermal conductivity.

I can recommend from Experience to go with #MX4 or #MX6 from #ARCTIC since it'll outperform #OEM stuff by a long shot and not be absurdly expensive so buying even a 20g syringe and repasting everything is viable.
