I was looking at a photo of the Moog reissue of the Model D and was remembering my first time in front of the original - some 50 or so, years ago. I can still feel the visceral charge.
I am an atheist, but I would surmise my feelings were perhaps on the order of a rapture.
Mixed with a primal fear.
