one reason i share - i only got those damn instructions after i filled in a bunch of information because i had trouble finding it in the #myhealthrecord interface!
Finally opted out - technically cancelled.
I was one of the few who opted in when it was initially launched and not mandatory.
* I have no confidence in how #MyHealthRecord is handled
* the permissions/auditing is shit
