This #kookaburra pair loudly announced their arrival on a neighbour's roof, then pointedly gave the silent treatment to the #mynah birds screaming at them to leave. Only one mynah remaining trying to stare them down now.
The cicadas making a racket in our garden went totally silent when the kookaburras started up.
