So it seems yesterday they announced the Health Insurance Card will really be replaced by MyNumber Card, but only on Aug 8th they will release a report on the inspection of the problems the card was already having?

All this while having a survey with 76% asking to postpone or cancel the integration plan.

リスクがあることがわかっているなら、それをどう改善し、盗難などあっても個人情報を守るための技術を向上させるというマインドにならないのだろうか

これでは日本はなんでもかんでもリスクがある限り、便利な社会にはならない、いやなりたくないと宣言しているようなものだ

新しいことをするにはリスクを伴う、事前にわかっているなら対策もできる、でもやろうとしないのだから
