I’ve received a massage from a co-worker 3 times now, and all 3 massages have been the same in terms of modalities/techniques (#Swedish and #Myo) and how I responded (feeling relaxed).

The therapist does mostly compressive effleurage (what I call it), some petrissage, and some traction. That’s it.

This has me thinking: There are many layers to good #massagetherapy.
