It warmed up my heart when I did it, so I hope you can feel this warmth!
has a tip that is smooth with no suckers, so this is why in the original dialogue she was supposed to say “it’s so soft!” referring to it. But I changed it to “it’s so sweet of you!” referring to Pierre’s gesture of wanting to help to her cos I thought nobody was going to get the joke.

I don't know why people who draw it's always about rape and grief with "monstrous" . I drew this on October 2018. All I wanted it's this was
to do some meaningful and heartwarming artwork with a fictional octopus character. I wanted to portray them as the and endearing creatures that they are!

Little I made on April 2018. It started as a something I did for myself to experiment with expressions & character design, but I liked it a lot so I colored it.

She's enjoying the salty fresh sea breeze on her face, and he's enjoying the view she gives him without noticing ;) This is on part of the story before he told Rita that he was in love with her.
Being an octopus he doesn’t know how to name what he’s feeling, so he takes a while to know that he was falling in love, which I think it’s so cute ^^ I tried to make a heart shape with his tentacles.

For the ones who don't know the comic, both girls work in Sea Life the aquarium where my octopus lives. Sammy the blonde, is a meany to her co worker at first, but in the course of the story she realizes she's doing wrong cos Rita shows her that is better to treat people like you would like to be treated.

First part of an scene from my probably will not be included in it. At first I thought it was ok but later I realized it might cause controversy.
Is from 2018 when my was purple and had an in-front mouth. With time I developped his character desing into a more mature, less cartoonish one.
