It’s May – Myoga (Japanese ginger) started sprouting 😊

Myoga is one of my favorite condiments 😋

We will get a lot of edible flower buds during summer to early fall 😊

The downside of this plant is that it’s root systems can invade surrounding areas 😐

- shoots are also edible 😊
