...I guess my Mini knew I wasn't really into this episode of #Mythbusters so it decided to lock up, forcing me to hard boot with the PRAM magic hand incantation (seriously, we would totally look like magicians to anyone from the past at any given time, wouldn't we?) What I learned from a Myth Busters episode with crab fishermen, is that taking a 20 minute nap every 6 hours helps with mental clarity when you don't get enough sleep.

Not 30 minutes, not 15 minutes - 20 minutes.

And it doesn't even matter if you fall asleep; just lying down and closing your eyes for 20 minutes will make you feel refreshed and less fuzzy in the head.

This helped me so much when I was dealing with insomnia.

Housekeeping pays up. Look what I found from my garage. I thought I lost this one. This manual doesn't require wifi or batteries.

For about 15 years, #Mythbusters was my go-to- feel-good television show. Lots and lots of fun shenanigans in the name of science-y-tv-education.

Now I've finally found #MythbustersJr and it is just as good - perhaps even better.

Okay, of all the years of #Mythbusters series, #MythbustersJr is my favourite series! Hands down!
