A couple more shared SNPs Castle matches that are Subclade 0 to me. I apparently have to upgrade to see who and where. Sneaky buggers. Money money money 💰 #snp #DNA #subclade0 #familyhistory #genealogy #geneadons #ancestry #ancestors #mytrueancestry #ftdna
I got my DNA test done initially only because a cousin asked me to, aside from that, my tree slowly started coming together in 2016 after 35 years of being 1 of many family historians working on it.. I still never run out of people to index

I saw in #MyTrueAncestry today the I share #DNA with Christopher Corvinus and his father John, the illegitimate son of the Raven King, Mattias Corvinus. After reading up on them, I reported to my husband that I am related to the man who kept Vlad the Impaler basically as a pet for 12 years. My new husband simply paused, nodded, and said “I can see that.”
https://www.timesofisrael.com/largest-study-of-ancient-dna-shows-medieval-ashkenazi-jewry-was-surprisingly-diverse/ of the 33 viable DNA samples from the souls exhumed here, my mom matched 27. I match 10. I’m grateful Mom did a #23andme test 2 years before she died; that kit has been bringing me information like this for years. I uploaded to #MyTrueAncestry a couple of years ago. They show you who you match, to what degree, and if you can consider the match a family match. These are family.

Has anyone else used MyTrueAncestry.com before? Thoughts? I’ve been a member of the site for a while but I don’t know anyone else who is. It’s fun…but is it real or crap?
