I've finished fully relistening to #naddpod Campaign One. Goshdang its good. Its crazy how much I forgot since my original listening. For the most part it felt exactly like listening for the first time.

#HowToBeFine used to be called #ByTheBook is good. I've only heard episodes here and there, but they take a self help book and live by it and then do a book report on what works & what doesn't.

Haven't heard the new stuff though.

I can also recommend #NADDPod It's a live play D&D show. It's a lot of fun & they have multiple campaigns they've played if you like a big backlog to enjoy, but their humor can get very NSFW, in a dumb, childish way.

If you like podcasts *and* #dnd I cannot recommend enough Not Another D&D Podcast. It's wonderful. I've laughed so hard, and cried with these characters. It is so much more than the sum of its parts.

I used to read before bed; these days I play #Boardgames on Board Game Arena while listening to #naddpod episodes with my sleep timer on, or watch a few minutes of #dimension20. I'm sure I'll cycle back to reading eventually.

I've always found it pretty easy to go to sleep, because, as I now realize, I intuitively know the exact amount of stimulation my #neurodivergent brain needs to be blissfully comfortable. It may not be other people's version of #SleepHygiene but it works for me.

I used to read before bed; these days I play #Boardgames on Board Game Arena while listening to #naddpod episodes with my sleep timer on, or watch a few minutes of #dimension20. I'm sure I'll cycle back to reading eventually.

Incidentally, the latter is what I answer when people ask what I mean when I say I'm agender.
