My 2nd Carolina Reaper of this years crop for tonights Mac n Cheese. The inside just screams heat, big placenta and very oily, they have a very fierce pungent burn. I only used half a reaper last week and i was on the limit of my tolerance, so tonights whole chilli macaroni cheese is gonna be interesting.
