Also, there’s a synthetic drug called #xylazine or #tranq that has very similar symptoms to opioid overdose but #naloxone doesn’t work because it’s not an opioid.

Yeah, for some bs reason that stuff is not legal to carry or buy in #Germany (otherwise I would've one in my advanced first aid kit) without spechal prescription, so only paramedics, pharmacies and doctors will likely have it.

That stuff should be sold through parmacies because it's less harmful than antihistamies, which unlike Naloxone, can be lethal!
