Toro. Buttery soft and of the highest quality. Worth it. I also had Hokkaido uni for the first time ever, and it was so soft and buttery that it felt like I was eating sauce on the tuna and rice. I was looking forward in eating top end sushi in #Toronto and I felt this was a good choice.
