So my wife is a #baker and runs her own #microbakery (or #nanobakery). This is one of her more popular items, a #jalapeño #sourdoughbread. We pickle the jalapeños ourselves, but haven't quite gotten to the point of making our own #cheddar. We have been eyeing a grain mill though!
