And that's it for this year's #NaNoMangO #coimic. I'm quite happy with 16 pages given how busy November was. :)
CW: mental health related technobabble.
Second to last page of this year's #NaNoMangO #comic .
CW: a character in pain and despair, the source of the distress is kept out of view.
And here's page 14 of my #NaNoMangO #comic
CW: eye contact in my cartoony style.
Page 12 of my #NaNoMangO #Comic .
CW: some fierce stares making eye contact in my normal cartoony style.
Page 11. Took me way too long. I don't have easy access to my reference book on sword fighting at the moment, and I didn't feel like browsing the internet for it (enough screen time as it is already). So probably not very realistic either... :s
CW: an (attempt at) a fierce stare in my normal cartoony style.
And I'm back at throwing random sounds together in the hopes that it sounds like an alien language in page nine of my #NaNoMangO #comic . :)
I'm wondering, though, if it's a problem for screen readers to add that nonsense text verbatim in the alt text?
I must admit, with all the astronomers, astrophysicists and other people who know how space works joining the Fediverse, I'm suddenly a bit apprehensive to post page five my #NaNoMangO #comic. In my mind, a space shuttle that has just landed makes a gentle tink-tink-tink sound as it cools down, but I have no idea if that's realistic... :s
Page three of my #NaNoMangO #comic. This is referring to what happened before. ;)
CW: mention of injury in the dialogue.
The #NaNoMangO 's the #comic equivalent of the NaNoWriMo. The challenge is to make 30 pencilled pages in 30 days. I'm very busy at the moment and it's highly unlikely I'll succeed. But I'm in need of something light, so I'll pick up my #scifi story and see how far I get page wise.
Beware of bad perspectives, improvised dialogues and a fly by the seat of my pants story line for the next chapter of "Travels of the Solar Wind". :)
(What happened before: https://nanomango.yncke.be/ )
@haverholm Oh! I didn't know the #NaNoMangO had been renamed.
Thank you for the info!
@Asmodeus Nice idea. :)
"Per'Bat" started in 2003, now at page 489 (with some redraws that mess up the page count. :s )
"Travels of the solar wind" started in 2013, now at 263 pages. (But that's my #NaNoMangO story, so it's only updated in bursts.)
Apparently, it's #WebComicDay.
I have for you to read: "Per'Bat" - a fantasy #comic about the heir to the throne of a small insignificant country finding her own way by being herself - , "Travels of the SolarWind" - my #NaNoMangO sci-fi story about an Earth generation ship exploring the galaxy -, "Sarah Neslo" et al. - a scifi horror story about a Guild exorcising the demons of various alien cultures - and some bits and pieces of short stories.
See https://yncke.be . :)

I'm not officially doing #NaNoManGo this year, but I am hitting the ground running with my ongoing projects and with something that I've had to leave lying around for a whole year. No running updates, because this is one where I'll be working one panel at a time with pages drawn out of order.
