“(Dec. 8, 2022) Women now have the right to go topless on all of Nantucket’s beaches. The island’s topless beach bylaw received final approval from state attorney general Maura Healey on Tuesday.
The bylaw will officially go into effect once it is publicly posted, which should happen by Friday at the latest, town clerk Nancy Holmes said.”
