It's a gorgeous sunny day. I have flung open the doors and opened all the curtains – even on the towpath side.

I just intentionally woke up my husband, for an 11:30am belly rub and a foot rub. He's just having his morning coffee, now, with minutes to spare.

I've already been to a local Polish shop for groceries. This afternoon we boat – I'd say "come hell or high water" – but the water level in the canal IS high.

Today we had to do a little nighttime cruise as we needed to collect our new mattress from its arranged delivery point.

Not sure if I mentioned in my introduction, as well as living with multiple chronic illnesses and working as a self-employed solution-focused psychotherapist and clinical hypnotherapist, we live on a narrowboat and travel the UK waterways 💜
