With the start of the school year just days away, the province revealed there are now 8,558 teaching positions that have to be filled.

Two different issues:
1. The original argument in this thread is that someone (presumably the federal government) should challenge the #NationalAssembly 's claim to have unilaterally amended the Canadian Constitution.

2. @PBruce responded that the Constitution is largely ignored these days anyway, thinking of provincial use of S33. Somewhat tangentially, I claimed the feds should use the S33 to revive a certain amendment to the #CriminalCode .
