As the Framework Convention #FCNM turns 25 years, building cohesive & diverse societies matters more today than ever. #CouncilofEurope states must show resolve to rise to the challenges exacerbated by recent crises & accelerate progress to protect the #humanrights of #minorities.

🎈25 years since we have standards for the protection of national minorities and minority languages at #CoE level.

👉The #FCNM & #ECRML give us the tools to improve the situation of minorities. We need to further develop them in Europe to ensure effective access to our rights.
