L’NCF, il 4 aprile, ha pubblicato un breve testo “Responsible Cyber Power in Practice” (#RCPiP), che in 28 pagine spiega come il Regno Unito valuta lo scopo e i principi delle #operazioni #offensive cyber.

La National Cyber Force (#NCF) della Gran #Bretagna sta reclutando specialisti per eseguire #attacchi informatici contro altri stati. Lo ha riferito il 21 dicembre il #Times, citando il vice comandante dei servizi segreti, tenente generale Tom #Copinger-Simes.
Come scrive il giornale, si prevede di coinvolgere circa 3.000 #specialisti #IT. Costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza di #linguaggi di #programmazione quali #Python, C++, #Java, #JavaScript e #Rust.
