my morning #walk accidentally became a #hike.

i wandered onto the #NCMA campus and walked through the meadows, and then found the nature trails and eventually the #greenway. it was a lovely walk, and i was pleasantly surprised to see a fair amount of people out and about. cyclists and pedestrians, young and old. i love that this is all within walking distance for me.

this also makes me want a #bicycle even more. the greenway is like, right there!

we made it out to the #NC museum of #art to see the ruth e carter exhibit. lots of amazing costumes on display, including many from #blackPanther. i’ve got more photos, i may upload more and with better alt text when i have time.

good morning!

i got up the motivation to take a walk this morning. it was beautiful out, since the sun hasn’t had a chance to rise and heat things up. i found a back entrance into the #NC museum of #art, and i stopped to see a few of the sights before heading back.

this exhibit is always one of my favorites to visit at the #ncma ! it may appear to just be mirrored beams, but when you walk through it in person, it really takes you into another dimension and outside of time, if only for a moment. #art #museum
