The #NWSL heat policy application in #NCvsCHI implies that the conditions in NC today were OK at 2pm, too hot at 2:30pm and OK again at 3pm.

This beggars belief. I get that you have to follow the policy as written, but this game should have never kicked off if it was at all close (and shouldn't have been scheduled at 2pm in August to begin with).
