Currently experiencing a bout of #RSD or #RejectionSensitiveDysphoria and swinging between disassociation, disaster planning, and despondency. All it took was some subtle changes to people's behaviour, some overwhelm from work & space for the loneliness & isolation to creep in (I'm not the most befriendable #NDer) & the damn thing bites me on the bum. As a kid I was just thought to be highly strung or over sensitive, so at least I have a name for it now.
