What is the best Android app to study for the Driver Theory Test? #DTT

There are a couple of options on Google Play with good scores ranging from 8 to 15 euros

Just got a "Your #DrivingLicence will expire soon" letter from the #NDLS.

Is it still legal for them to say I can renew online if I have a #PSC and MyGovId, but if I don't, I have to book an appointment and attend in person? 🤔
