Remember the #protests at #MountRushmore in July 2020? Leaders were arrested and faced lengthy sentences. Today, #NDNCollective announced that after nearly two and a half years of legal battles, all charges against NDN Collective president and CEO Nick Tilsen have been dismissed by the state of South Dakota. He had been facing 17 years in prison!
