As well as planning more prints, I’ve started a a bit of #embroidery. At work there’s a “yarn club” on Wednesday lunchtimes - I’m not a knitter or crocheter but I needed a new needle-based project so I can feel like I fit in! 🪡🧵

Taking the advice of fellow Tooters (is that what we call ourselves?) and turning some stitched flowers I did to practice needle painting (and which have been languishing in a bag) into a needle case (in the Georgian/ eighteenth century style). Flowers all backed with felt and cut into petals and half way through edging petal one with ribbon. #needlework #embroidery #craft #needlepainting #EighteenthCentury
