I think I just had a lightbulb moment. These Mastodon app permissions aren't asking for read/write access to 'Everything' on my phone. They're asking for permissions to my Mastodon account. That really needs to be clearer in the description. I'm so used to reviewing what an app can get to on my phone that I made a bad assumption here. I blame an insufficient supply of caffeine in my system. #NeedMoreCoffee #Tusky #Fedilab
