One more image. This man is crossing the #highway because there is no safe, close crosswalk. We can't safely walk, so we must drive! It's a vicious #NegativeFeedback loop. This, dear friends, is worse than terrible planning. It is no planning at all!

@markstos @pollak @Gargron We really need some more fine-grained negative #feedback loop. #BirdSite (YT and others) lack it because they are designed to suck as much of your time as possible.

I see it as adding #dislike button, which increments some counter for the user, stored in your account, like "notes" field, may be additionally reported to the user, but I think it should be opt-in "show me dislike counter".

And then we just need to add some threshold in settings to "#mute user for a week" or "#unsubscribe and mute forever".

Maybe also separate counter for retoots.

When a #multinational company sends me an email asking me to review the #quality of service from their #employee, does that person get thrown back onto the streets, #scarredforlife by my #negativefeedback? Half of these people don’t have proper #englishlanguage skills or comprehension. I worry that if I respond, it will have a bad effect on them.

@LolInKent I can quite imagine! How ace that you got them to think twice and how stupid it had to come to that?! Then again I have a name of this myself, i know. When I am not a satisfied customer of things, Mr Pooh will let ME answer any queries going on about it😏 I don't necessarily swear, but I point out mistakes one by one, accompanied with the feelings it gave me...😎 #negativeFeedback
