A couple of houses down from mine, I have a new-ish ; moved in last year. There lives a weird kid, in a good way. From talking to him and seeing him doing weird things, it seemed to me he was destined to end up a pretty good engineer in about twenty years.

Today confirmed it. He literally built a Bugs Bunny cartoon trap on the front lawn, to catch ... ?

A year or so when the neighbour behind us put up a fence I said to Arianna it was too far over. That the Electric, Cable, and Fibre companies would need access to the boxes at the back of our yard.
Yesterday the fence was moved. They must have finally gotten the notice.

After approximately one year of , my extremely is on the warpath again. Today she yelled at me that there are 24 - she counted! - living in the green space behind our yards, and that over the winter they ate half her bushes, and it's my fault because I like .

I don't quite follow the logic - the green space is flood-control and runs west to farmers' fields - but clearly I have been a Neighbour.

I love the idea of them being far more sociable too, instead of the isolationist experience of flying.

Mind you, I am the on a flight. I tend to chat anyway, and I have very fond memories of a flight back from Paris a few years ago when we (me and a total stranger) laughed, chatted, and gesticulated an hour away much to the annoyance of other passengers who seemed to manage to remain seated despite the up their a**es. I think the cabin crew enjoyed it though.
