I think one of the reasons why they're swapping Ash out from the #pokemon anime for the adaption of Scar/Vi is Nemona.
If they kept her personality from the game, the two of them wouldn't get anything done.

"ABSOLUTELY!"

"Yeah! That was great. Again?"
"Whee!"
