As I recall, the good places (giovanis and vitos) aren't open on sunday.
The bigger problem is no one makes a proper rectangular oily cracker crust one

Dry Jack has an interesting history. I was made by accident in 1915 and was used as a replacement for Parmesan because of the war.

Something else to do with microwaved eggs.
Breakfast burritos with a half-sheet of roasted seaweed.

Mid-month payday yesterday, so I splurged to change up the cheese I use instead of shredded Colby and Jack.
Chris Garcia mentioned Dry Jack, found some
smoked at Safeway, and it is amazing. Someone left a jar of this Trader Joe's meat rub to take at
work, and it is amazing with eggs.

Yes, but I'm cheap.
Flour tortillas, tomato sauce and shredded cheese in a toaster oven maybe some jalapenos.
Leave out the tomato sauce, add tobasco, fold it over and you have a quesadilla .

Food For Nerds, Stuff That Matters
Simple things to make when all you have is a
microwave and very little money.
Something to do to your Bowl-O-Salt. Turn it into
Hot and Sour Soup
2 Tbsp Red Miso
1 Tbsp liquid from a jar of sliced jalapenos (or vinegar, adj to your level of sour)
Tabasco at your level of heat
Corn starch to your desired thinkness
Mash up the ramen, toss in the bowl, and microwave for 3 to 4 minutes.
The ramen is just being used as filler. I don't even use the "chicken flavored salt" packet most of the time, I mix it with a little olive oil to stretch out my bottle of chicken "Better Than Bullion"
