A professional chef on a Netflix cooking show complaining about supposed undercooked chicken: "There's a reason there's no chicken sushi."

Me, an absolute layperson who just happens to really be into food and cooking, yelling at the screen: "BUT THERE IS!"

For real. Chicken sashimi is a thing. In Japan. Needs to be done correctly but it's a thing. And I think a chef should know that.
