We watched that Netflix miniseries this weekend, The Woman Across the Street From the Girl in the Window. It was delightfully written, with plenty of creepy little details sprinkled throughout. Eight episodes, each about 20-30 minutes long, tell the story of Anna, a woman divorced from both her husband and reality. She drinks too much wine and takes too many pills, to cope with the loss of her daughter and her marriage; as far as unreliable narrators go, she is near the top of the list. Shortly after new neighbors move in, Anna believes she witnesses a murder in their home. Shocked, she calls the police, but when they disbelieve her she takes matters into her own hands. Twists and turns aplenty leave you wondering just who the villain of the story is- until it hits you like a ton of bricks. Definitely would recommend; I might even watch it again to see what I can pick up on a second time. #netflix #review #tv #tvreviews #netflixreviews
