Anyone know anyone at #NetworkSolutions ops? One of my contractors can't send me email from their webmail. They get:

A server error occurred with HTTP Status 500. Reason phrase: String index out of range -1

It's been a month and they can't reply to my email. Netsol support won't help them.

If you know anyone there, please have them email me, doctorow@craphound.com?

Arrgh I think #NetworkSolutions has forgotten how to be a domain registrar. I want to move my domain registered through them from the current hosting service to a different hosting service (NOT NS) but they claim the transfer is not their job... That domain has been registered through them for decades and I extended the registration for several years last fall. Clearly a mistake.
