Hui, eine "akinetisch-rigide Multisystematrophie" ist auch so'ne Diagnose, die man selten sieht und special ist. In der Überleitung wurde sie (fälschlicherweise) einfach als "Parkinson-Syndrom" klassifiziert.

Es handelt sich jedenfalls um eine unschöne, neurodegenerative Erkrankung.

Es gibt eine Gruppe sog. "#Parkinson-Plus-Syndrome", die sich durch jeweils spezifische Feinheiten vom "normalen" Parkinson-Syndrom unterscheiden. Bspw. die progressive supranukleäre Blickparese (PSP).

Diese Sonderformen mit "normalem" Parkinson über einen Kamm zu scheren, wird den Patienten nicht gerecht und birgt Risiken. Also Augen auf, man lernt nie aus.
